Todd Dagres, Former General Partner of Battery Ventures, Joins Context Connect Board of Advisors
Newburyport, Massachusetts – October 15, 2004 – Context Connect, Inc. (“CCI”), a leading provider of wireline and wireless directory services, today announced that Todd Dagres has joined its Board of Advisors. Mr. Dagres was a former Managing Partner for Battery Ventures and Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Mr. Dagres was a former Managing Partner at Battery Ventures, a Venture Capital firm focused on technology investments. He led the Media and Communications Investment practice at Battery – his investments have included Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM), Qtera (acquired by Nortel), Redstone Communications (acquired by Siemens), RiverDelta Networks (acquired by Motorola) and XCOM Technologies (acquired by Level 3). He was named to the Forbes “Midas List” of the top 50 Venture Investors. He is a Senior Lecturer at MIT, where he teaches a course at the Sloan School entitled, “New Enterprise”.
