Newburyport, Massachusetts – October 17, 2007 – Context Connect, LLC. (“CCL or the Company”), a leading provider of directory based connectivity services, today announced it has been awarded European Patent #EP1301887 – A System and Method for Directory Services and eCommerce Across Multi-Provider Networks. The patent is focused on the ability to ‘find and connect’ individuals without requiring or needing the actual contact number (e.g., phone number) through a DNS-based contextual platform. The patent extends to directory-based connectivity calls as well as electronic transactions or eCommerce via mobile devices.

The patent describes methods for providing secure connectivity across disparate networks or service providers. Contextual, DNS-based directory listings are created by consumers or groups, while connectivity to individuals is made without revealing valuable customer information and data – thus ensuring a more appropriate way of getting connected (self provisioned contextual listings) through a private-based platform (no phone numbers revealed). The patent covers directory assistance/enquiry listings by consumers and merchants that do not reveal actual connectivity details like DNS-like registrar services.

“We continue to build and grow our portfolio of intellectual property worldwide around private directory solutions,” stated Sunny Ahn, CEO and President of Context Connect. “This patent will help provide our firm with coverage for DNS-based directory solution in Europe, specifically around the wireless directory assistance (WDA) and yellow page DNS-based registration solutions involving contextual listing.”

CCL provides solutions that enable cross-platform connectivity that allows individuals to find and connect to wireless subscribers across multiple devices and multiple provider platforms. The Company also provides a private mass notification service, ccAlert™, that allows a single message to thousands of people, via the communication devices they have.

About Context Connect, Inc.

Context Connect is a leading provider of private directory and connectivity solutions. The company’s DNS-based contextual directory enables individuals to ‘find and connect’ to others, without revealing the connectivity details of the individuals. The company has a broad intellectual property portfolio around a technical model to protect subscriber privacy and carrier relationships while facilitating connectivity. Context Connect was founded in 2000 and is headquartered in Newburyport, Massachusetts, with a regional office in Wellington, New Zealand.

Newburyport, Massachusetts – March 29, 2005 – Today Context Connect, Inc., a leading provider of private directory-based connectivity and directory services, joined with over 80 state, local and federal organizations, including the Department of Homeland Security and White House Homeland Security Council, as well as more than 15 technology providers in a demonstration of interoperable emergency communications. Information on multiple all-hazards emergency events was shared in real-time among multiple public safety and government organizations by routing messages to the right emergency response agencies using COMCARE’s Emergency Provider Access Directory (EPAD). Agencies in over 30 states throughout the country were represented in the demonstration.

The demonstration focused on interoperable emergency data messaging, using national emergency message and data standards, commercial information technologies and networks, and a shared, electronic directory of agencies called the EPAD. This directory gives authorized agencies the ability to register to receive and distribute emergency messages based on geography, incident or agency type, for all types of emergency events. The goal is to allow emergency messaging between all entities involved in emergency response, using the communications and information systems agencies use on a daily basis, including Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems, web-based emergency management tools, GIS applications and others.

Sunny Ahn, CEO of Context Connect said, “We are thrilled to be a part of a much needed, nationally focused, interoperable messaging service for the emergency responder community. The Context Connect solution, coupled with the Comcare EPAD product, will allow a tremendous number of rural and volunteer emergency organizations the capability of receiving critical alerts and emergency information, irrespective of their member’s communication devices.”

Richard Taylor, ENP, ComCARE Chair and Executive Director of the North Carolina Wireless 9-1-1 Board said, “The organizations and companies that participated in the demonstration have shown their leadership by using innovative methods for dealing with the challenges posed by data sharing.” In his remarks he noted that “state agencies from Maine to Hawaii participated in the demonstration and he “commended those who are helping to shape a solution that can be deployed at all levels of government.”

More information about the EPAD and other projects that COMCARE and its partners are pursuing can be found at COMCARE’s website at www.comcare.org.

BOXFORD, MASSACHUSETTS – January 14, 2004 – Context Connect, Inc. (“CCI”), a leading provider of wireline and wireless directory services, today announced that Dr. Mehmet Unsoy has joined its Board of Advisors. Dr. Unsoy is the former Vice President & Chief Wireless Architect for mmO2/BT Wireless, with operations in the U.K., Germany, Holland and Ireland.

“Dr. Unsoy’s proven leadership in the telecommunication industry will be a great asset to our company in our efforts to connect wireline and wireless subscribers throughout the world,” said Sunny Ahn, CEO of Context Connect. “His experience and expertise in the wireless market will help us shape the future of our technology and address the ever changing needs of consumers and carriers in today’s wireless world.”

Dr. Mehmet Unsoy has close to 30 years of data and IP communication experience. In addition to his work at mmO2/BT Wireless, he has held senior positions at British Telecom (BT), Nortel Networks and Bell Northern Research (BNR.).
“Wireless directory services are a key part of our ever-increasingly mobile society, and how we stay connected.
The CCI solution enables cross-platform connectivity that allows individuals to find and connect to wireless subscribers across multiple devices and multiple provider platforms – thus directory assistance to mobile subscribers.

Boxford, Massachusetts – May 29, 2003 – Context Connect, Inc. (“CCI”), a leading provider of next generation directory assistance and directory solutions, has signed an agreement with British Telecom (BT) in the United Kingdom. The CCI Solution enables consumers to find mobile subscribers through a directory assistance (DA) or directory enquiry (DQ) platform. The rollout of CCI’s DQ/DA to Mobile Solution is the primary focus and intention of the agreement with BT. CCI has also signed an agreement with Cable & Wireless (C&W) to trial the CCI Directory Platform.

With the CCI technology, individual consumers can self-provision their directory listing, allowing them to control and manage who can find them. The CCI contextual, DNS-based platform enables directory listings beyond the traditional ‘name and address’ listings, allowing for more effective searching for individuals – based on how people know each other, either professionally or socially.

The CCI platform also provides connectivity to mobile consumers, via DA/DQ, without the need for the actual consumer phone number – thus the valuable customer information is not revealed by participating operators.

“We are excited about working with both British Telecom (BT) and Cable & Wireless (C&W) in the UK. As privacy and consumer control are key issues with directory information, the involvement of key carriers with our self-provisioning directory platform will help drive the industry to new revenue opportunities,” says Robert Stern, CEO and President of Context Connect.

Context Connect will also provide enterprise directory and identity management solutions to carriers through its contextual directory platform – thus expanding and extending the effectiveness of directory listings.
