What it does
Context Connect provides a simple directory-based solution that allows individuals to connect with one another, privately, through a simple billable platform. The Context Connect Directory as a Service (DaaS) platform allows service provider to implement simple ‘click-to-call’ or ‘click-to-text’ widgets that allow for connection
s between individuals without revealing the contact information of the target subscriber. The patented platform ensures that the privacy of the individual is intake, as no actual contact information is ever revealed to the ‘calling’ subscriber. In addition, by leveraging the traditional directory assistance business model, a service provider can charge for each directory search and call connection, either through pre-paid account or billing record (e.g., mobile phone or utility customer bill).
How it works
The DaaS Platform allows people to connect with others in a way that is natural and easy to use. It does this by allowing customers to be located by simple word driven (contextual) listings or aliases. These listings are created and managed by individuals and can be professional, personal or private in nature. Individuals can then decide how they want to be connected to, whether a SMS via mobile device or through an email message. This is all done while the actual contact information or key customer details are not revealed.
